John Glover was appointed President and Director of MV Portfolios, Inc. in August 2018. Mr. Glover also provides certain consulting services associated with corporate strategy, financial reporting, capital raising, and governance to LocatorX, Inc., an affiliate of MV Portfolios, Inc. He is a member of PT-1 Holdings, LLC, an investment partnership focused on logistics solutions for healthcare entities. From September 2012 to May 2017, Mr. Glover was President and CEO of Century Ambulance Service, Inc. From April 2006 to August 2012, he was Managing Partner of Connemara Capital Company, LLC, a closely held private equity firm. He previously served as a nuclear submarine officer and U.S. Navy diver and has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and a MBA from Harvard University.

Billy Meadow is a serial entrepreneur, with 17 issued patents and an extensive experience in patent licensing at the university level. William Meadow invented a series of patents of street level imaging through his company VisRe, Inc. He has extensive knowledge in university licensing deals, specifically with Columbia University as one example of a series of success stories.

Joe Kincart

Joe Kincart is a practicing attorney specializing in formulating business objectives and developing strategic Intellectual Property plans, on a domestic and international basis.

His experience as Senior Counsel at the New York Office of the Clifford Chance Global Intellectual Property Group included development of intellectual property portfolio strategies, licensing of intellectual property, patent prosecution, litigation support and general legal counseling. He has also served as General Counsel – Patents for Johnson & Johnson where he led a team developing an IP protecting biocompatible micro-sized computing platforms and contact lens based computing solutions.

He received a B.S with Distinction majoring in Information Systems from Pace University in 1990 and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1996.
